Account Status

What it means for your account to be active, inactive, or blocked.

Active and inactive

An admin can set your account to inactive, which prevents future logins. This doesn't delete anything — your history stays intact, and reactivating the account restores access.

If you're already logged in when your account is set to inactive, your current session isn't cut off immediately — it stays valid until it naturally expires or you log out. Being deactivated stops future logins, not an active session in progress.

Where your company's plan comes from

There's no separate login-level subscription — your company's plan and its limits (like how many client accounts you can create) come directly from Billing. If you hit a plan limit, the message you see (for example "Client limit reached — upgrade your plan") reflects your Billing subscription, not a separate account-level restriction.

Admin "login as" a user

An admin can open a user's account on their behalf to help troubleshoot an issue — this is a deliberate support tool, not something that happens automatically.
