Email Automation
What happens automatically before a human ever opens the ticket.
Email-to-ticket
Support polls your configured mailbox roughly every 30 seconds. Unread mail is automatically turned into a new ticket, so customers can email you directly instead of needing to know a support portal exists.
Email verification
When a ticket is created from an address that hasn't been verified before, Support sends a one-time verification link to that address. This confirms the submitter actually controls the email they're using, before you invest agent time replying.
Bounce tracking
If a reply to a customer bounces, that's recorded against the ticket — so an agent isn't left assuming a customer went quiet when the email never arrived.
Blocking an email or domain
Block a specific email address or an entire domain from creating new tickets. Useful once a sender is confirmed as spam or abusive — new mail from a blocked address won't turn into a ticket.
Spam and abuse protection
Incoming tickets are automatically screened for disposable email addresses, suspicious links, duplicate tickets, and repeated messages, with rate limits per sender — most spam never reaches an agent's queue at all.
