Support Widget & Customer Portal
Two separate, self-serve ways for a customer to reach you — one for anonymous visitors, one for people who already have an account.
Embeddable support widget
Build a ticket-submission widget once in Support settings, then embed it on any website — no login required for the visitor. You choose which fields appear (name, email, phone, department, subject, description, attachments) and which are required.
Once a widget is created, its configuration can't be deleted — this is intentional, so a live embed on your site never breaks.
Customer portal
A customer who's logged into your product with an account gets their own ticket view: they can see their past tickets, open a new one, and reply — all without an agent creating the ticket on their behalf. This is separate from the anonymous widget above and only available to authenticated customers.
