10 Screens · One Employee Record

Everything in one place.

Add someone once in the Employee List, and their name shows up in Master Data, Leaves, Assets, Salaries, Payroll and Performance automatically — as those activities happen.

01
Employee List
The master list of everyone on your team — add, view, edit and deactivate people here.
02
Employee Master Data
A deeper HR record: employment type, job level, joining date, increments, manager, and more.
03
Employee Personal Data
Private details such as ID documents, bank account and emergency contacts, kept separate and restricted.
04
Birthdays
An upcoming-birthdays list for the whole team, with a quick stat for who's next.
05
Skills
A shared catalogue of skills tagged to employees, with a pending / approved review step.
06
Performance
A scoring dashboard that ranks employees and lets you tune the rules behind the score.
07
Leaves
Leave requests waiting for your decision, plus a report that flags unusual leave patterns.
08
Assets
A register of company equipment (laptops, accessories, etc.) and who currently holds each one.
09
Salaries
A calculator that works out one employee's pay for a chosen month — Net Pay, Gross, Deductions.
10
Payroll
The company-wide payroll run for a chosen month — Bulk Payroll generates every entry at once.
Employee Lifecycle

One profile. Every detail.

A person needs to exist as an employee record before you can track their leaves, assets, performance or pay — the Employee List is where that starts.

  • Add a team member with name, work email, designation, shift times, phone and timezone — no separate invite email to accept.
  • Employee Master Data holds the deeper HR record: employment type, job level, probation dates, increments and reporting manager.
  • Employee Personal Data keeps ID documents, banking details and emergency contacts on their own, more restricted screen.
  • Active or Inactive — the only two states. Deactivating someone hides them from the default list without deleting their history.

Skills · Birthdays · Assets

The smaller screens, done properly.

Not everything about running a team is a big dashboard — some of it is just keeping a clean, shared list.

05 · Skills
One catalogue, no duplicates.
A company-wide list of skills that can be tagged to employees — each with a category, tags, and an approval step before it's official.
  • Company-wide skill catalogue
  • Pending → Approved review step
  • Employee count per skill
  • Recover removed skills from Trash
04 · Birthdays
Never miss one.
A simple list of employees with a birthday coming up — total on file, today's, this month's, and who's next.
  • Upcoming-birthday list, sorted by date
  • Total / Today / This Month stats
  • Next Birthday at a glance
  • Name, email, designation & date per row
08 · Assets
Know who has what.
A register of company equipment — laptops, accessories and similar items — with serial number, department and current status.
  • Total / In Use / Available / In Maintenance / Retired
  • Assigned-to, department & location per asset
  • Purchase date & warranty expiry tracked
  • Recover removed assets from Trash
Performance & Points

A running score, not a once-a-year review.

Every employee has a live performance score that ranks them against the team — driven by rules you can tune, plus points you add manually.

Leave Requests

Every request, reviewed in one place.

Approve or reject with a note the employee can see — plus a report that flags leave patterns worth a conversation.

Salaries & Payroll

Check one person's pay, or run it for everyone.

Salaries works out one employee's pay for a chosen month. Payroll runs the whole company at once — two separate screens for two separate jobs.

  • Salaries — pick an employee and a month to see Net Pay, Gross Earnings, Total Deductions and Working Days.
  • Bulk Generate calculates salaries for multiple employees at once instead of one at a time.
  • Add to Inex sends the calculated salary straight to the Finance section of your books.
  • Bulk Payroll runs the whole team's pay for the month, tracked alongside Total Payable and average performance.
Who it's for

Built for the people who manage staff day-to-day.

HRMS is built for admins, HR and team leads. Some screens hold information that shouldn't be open to everyone — so a few of them are meant to stay more restricted than the rest.

Employee Personal Data
ID documents, bank account numbers and emergency contacts — kept on its own screen precisely so it's easier to restrict who can open it.
Payroll & Salaries
Company-wide pay runs and individual salary breakdowns. Typically limited to Finance and HR admins, given the sensitivity of pay data.
Employee Master Data
Employment type, job level, increments and reporting lines — HR-level information, usually more limited than the everyday Employee List.

This describes what each screen does — not who in your company should be allowed to see it. That's set through your EnOpSy account's own role and permission settings.
