Description field is unreadable while typing (Orders/Invoices line items)

Problem: While adding a line item, the Description box shows almost no text.
Why it happens: A confirmed display bug renders that field about 32 pixels wide during editing.
How to fix: Keep typing your full description and confirm the row — the complete text is saved correctly and displays normally afterward.

Plan Settings toggles don't respond (Plans)

Problem: Clicking Hidden from client, Allow refund, or similar toggles on a plan's detail page has no visible effect.
Why it happens: Confirmed defect — these controls do not currently save changes.
How to fix: Contact your administrator/engineering team for any plan-setting change until this is fixed.

Can't collect the remaining balance on a Partially Paid invoice

Problem: After a partial payment, there's no obvious "record another payment" button, and the New Transaction form's invoice picker doesn't find the invoice.
Why it happens: Confirmed in this audit — this appears to be a genuine workflow gap and is flagged for the product team.
How to fix: Ask your billing administrator for the currently-supported path (the "Super Admin Override" tool exists but bypasses normal safeguards and should only be used by someone authorized to do so).

Stat cards look wrong immediately after a change

Problem: A total (e.g., Total Plans, Total Balance) briefly shows an incorrect number right after you create or change a record.
Why it happens: These summary numbers refresh asynchronously; the first render can be stale.
How to fix: Refresh the page. The underlying record was correct in every case checked during this audit.
