What is this?
A single wallet's balance breakdown (Wallet Balance, Credit Balance, On Hold, Debit Used), overview fields, transaction history, activity log, and quick actions.
How to open it
From Wallet List, click any Wallet ID. Direct URL pattern: /wallet/view?wallet_id=<id>.

Common problems
Problem: A wallet shows a balance but "No transactions yet" / "No activity recorded."
Why it happens: Confirmed on multiple wallets in this tenant during this audit, including one with a $1,943.00 balance. This likely means the balance was set outside the normal Add Credit workflow (for example, during initial data setup).
How to fix: Treat the displayed balance as authoritative, but do not expect to find a transaction explaining how it got there until this is confirmed with your engineering team. Flagged as Needs Verification.
