What is the Dashboard?

Dashboard (shown as “Team Tasks Overview”) is the organization-wide view of every team member's task load, rolled up into one screen.

Why use the Dashboard?

It's the fastest way for a lead or manager to see how work is distributed across the whole team, and to spot who's overloaded or falling behind.

When would I use this screen?

Getting a sense of overall team workload
Checking how many tasks are overdue across the organization
Looking up one specific team member's task counts

Before you start

Open ETA → Dashboard from the sidebar. This view is organization-wide, so what you can see here may depend on your account's permissions.

Reading the stats

Stat	Meaning
Total Members	Everyone whose tasks are represented on this dashboard.
Total Tasks	The sum of every task across every team member.
Pending	Tasks not yet started, summed across the team.
In Progress	Tasks currently being worked on.
Review	Tasks awaiting review.
Testing	Tasks currently in testing.
Completed	Tasks finished.
Overdue	Tasks past their scheduled end time and not yet complete.

The team breakdown table

Below the stat cards, each row shows one Team Member and their own personal breakdown: total tasks, and how many fall into each status column (All, Pending, In Progress, etc.).

Common problems

Problem

The numbers here don't quite match what I see on My Tasks or HomePage.

How to fix it

My Tasks and HomePage show your personal task counts under slightly different scopes (for example, some views separate out certain fixed/“immovable” tasks), while Dashboard sums every team member's tasks org-wide. If a total looks unexpectedly off even after accounting for that, refresh the page, and if it still looks wrong, flag it to your administrator with the specific numbers you're seeing.
