Time Tracking

See schedules laid out on a timeline — for the whole team, or just for you.

What is Time Tracking?

Time Tracking is a collapsible section in the sidebar with two views: Team Timeline, a Gantt-style schedule across the whole organization, and User Timeline, the same kind of view scoped to just you.

Why use Time Tracking?

Stat cards and lists tell you counts; a timeline shows you exactly when everything is scheduled, which is much easier for spotting scheduling conflicts or gaps.

When would I use this screen?

  • Checking your own schedule for the day/week/month
  • Looking at the whole team's schedule side by side
  • Spotting a scheduling conflict before it happens

Before you start

Click Time Tracking in the sidebar to expand it — it's collapsed by default, which is easy to miss on first glance. Team Timeline and User Timeline appear underneath once expanded.

Team Timeline vs. User Timeline

ViewWhat it shows
Team TimelineEvery team member's scheduled tasks laid out on a shared day/week/month timeline.
