All Transaction

Every income and expense record, in one ledger.

What is the All Transaction screen?

All Transaction is the unified ledger — every Income and Expense record in one searchable, filterable table, with running totals for Income, Expenses, Net Cash Flow, and record count.

Why does this matter?

It's the one place to see everything, regardless of whether a record was entered as Income or Expense, which vendor or source it touched, or which currency it was originally in.

When would I use this?

  • Looking for a specific transaction by vendor, date, amount, or ID
  • Cross-checking a report total against the underlying records
  • Exporting a filtered set of transactions to CSV

Before you start

You need access to the All Transaction screen under Finance → Inex.

How to add a transaction from here

  1. Open All Transaction

Go to Finance → Inex → All Transaction.

  2. Click Add Transaction

Click + Add Transaction and choose Expense or Income as the transaction type.

  3. Fill in the details and save

Complete Amount/Currency, Date, Vendor, Source, Project, and Category, then save.

The transaction table

Each row shows V.No, Date, Transaction ID, Vendor, and Source, with more fields available via Select Columns (Amount, Original Amount, Currency, Category, Project, Payment Mode). Use Add Filter and Select Date Range to narrow the list, and pagination controls at the bottom to move between pages.

Recovering a removed record

Use View Trash at the top of the page to find and restore a record that was removed.
