Campaign
Send a template to your leads, and monitor delivery, performance and errors as it goes out.
What is the Campaign screen?
Campaign is where a template is actually sent to a group of leads. It lists every campaign you've run or scheduled, and opening one shows a detail panel with delivery information, including an SMTP Performance tab.
Why use Campaign?
Campaign ties together everything else in the module — a template, the SMTP capacity in your Pool, and a list of Leads — into a single send, and gives you one place to check whether it went out correctly.
When would I use this screen?
- Sending a finished template out to a group of leads
- Checking the delivery status of a campaign that's already running or finished
- Reviewing which SMTP account handled a campaign's sending, and how it performed
- Investigating why some emails in a campaign didn't send
Before you start
Have a finished template ready (see Templates), the leads you want to send to (see Leads), and confirm your project has an active SMTP configuration (see Pool).
How to send a campaign
- Open Campaign
Go to Email Service → Campaign.
- Start a new campaign
Use the create/send action to start a new campaign.
- Choose the template and recipients
Select the template to send and the leads to send it to.
- Confirm and send
Once everything looks right, send the campaign.
- Monitor the result
Open the campaign afterward to review its delivery detail, including the SMTP Performance tab.
The Campaign list
Each row represents one campaign. Opening a row shows its detail panel, with tabs for reviewing how the send performed.
The campaign detail panel
The detail panel includes an SMTP Performance tab, showing how the sending account(s) used for the campaign performed. Other tabs in this panel (such as a timeline of events, and errors/warnings encountered during the send) exist alongside it, but weren't fully explored for this documentation — treat their exact contents as approximate until confirmed against the live screen.
