Import & Export
A guided, multi-step wizard for bulk lead import, with a full paper trail if something goes wrong.
Supported formats
Upload a CSV or Excel (.xlsx/.xls) file, or configure a pull from another system's API. Every import goes through the same wizard: upload, map your columns to lead fields, set rules, preview, then confirm.
Import rules
Before confirming, choose what happens for each row: whether to update existing leads that match, how to handle duplicates (merge, update, keep separate, or skip), and defaults to apply to every imported lead — owner, tags, list, source, and country.
Row-by-row visibility
Every single row of an import gets its own record: the original data, what it was cleaned up into, and whether it was created, updated, flagged as a duplicate, marked invalid, or failed — with a reason. You can browse every row, or download just the failed ones as a CSV to fix and re-upload.
Undoing an import
If an import went wrong, you can roll it back — this removes the leads that import actually created (rows that only updated existing leads aren't touched). You can also reprocess just the rows that failed, without redoing the whole file.
Exporting leads
Export leads matching your current view to a file you can download once it's ready.
