Sales Targets & Teams
Turn your CRM activity into goals you can actually track.
Sales teams
Group reps into teams (Sales, SDR, Follow-up, Demo, Support, Partner, Billing Recovery — whichever fit your org), each with a manager and members. Each team gets its own performance dashboard.
KPIs
A KPI is a defined metric — for example "Signup Leads" or "Meetings Booked." Some KPIs are entered manually; others are computed automatically from real lead/pipeline activity, so you don't have to re-type numbers that already exist elsewhere in the CRM.
Setting a target
A target applies one KPI to a scope — a team, an individual, a lead source, a product, or a country — for a time period, with a numeric goal. Progress against the goal is tracked automatically for computed KPIs, or entered manually otherwise, and each target shows an at-a-glance status (on track, behind, ahead).
Copy a target forward into the next period instead of rebuilding it, and review a target's full history and trend over time.
Daily activity tracking
Log daily rep activity — calls, WhatsApp messages, meetings, emails, follow-ups — either manually or via an integration. This feeds any KPI defined as an activity counter.
