Email Service

Everything you need to build templates, manage sending infrastructure, and run outbound campaigns from EnOpSy.

What is Email Service?

Email Service is the EnOpSy module for building HTML email templates, organizing them into projects, managing the SMTP accounts that send them, and running campaigns against your lead lists. It's made up of seven screens, reached from the left-hand sidebar inside the module: Projects, Templates, Variables, Pool, Pool SMTP, Leads, and Campaign.

Why use Email Service?

Instead of hand-coding emails and juggling SMTP credentials in spreadsheets, Email Service keeps templates, sending accounts, and recipient lists in one place, and gives every campaign a single dashboard for delivery, opens, bounces and errors.

How the screens fit together

The module is built around a simple flow: you create a Project to hold a set of templates and its SMTP configuration, design one or more Templates inside it (optionally using Variables for personalization), draw sending capacity from your Pool of SMTP accounts (configured under Pool SMTP), upload or manage recipients under Leads, and then send and monitor the result from Campaign.

Before you start

You need access to the Email Service module to see it in the sidebar. Within it, most day-to-day work happens in this order: Projects → Templates → Variables (as needed) → Pool / Pool SMTP (set up once) → Leads → Campaign.

FAQs

Do I need a Project before I can create a Template?
Yes — templates live inside a project. See Projects for how to create one.
Where do SMTP accounts come from?
They're configured under Pool SMTP and drawn on from the Pool screen and from a project's SMTP Configuration step. See Pool and Pool SMTP.
