Website Activity Tracking

A tracker script for your own site that turns anonymous browsing into a lead's activity history.

The tracker

A small script runs on your website and reports page views, searches, and key actions (form starts/submits, downloads, purchases) back to EnOpSy. Activity is first tied to an anonymous visitor, then linked to a lead once that visitor is identified — for example by submitting a form with their email — and stays linked even if they come back on a different device.

A lead's activity profile

Each lead gets a profile summarizing everything they've done: total sessions, pages viewed, time engaged, searches, and — if they've paid — their billing history layered in as well. Recent activity is also surfaced as plain-language talking points (for example, "Viewed /pricing 4 times in the last 24 hours") so a rep doesn't have to interpret raw numbers before a call.

Intent score

Each lead gets an intent score from 0–100 with a band (cold, warm, hot) and a trend, so you can quickly see who's showing real buying signals. The score comes with a breakdown of exactly which factors contributed to it — it's not a black box.

Live visitors and hot leads

See who's on your site right now, and a queue of your hottest leads sorted by intent score — useful for prioritizing who a rep reaches out to next.
