A catalogue of badges you can award to employees, by hand or automatically.

The badge catalogue

Your account starts with a large, pre-built catalogue of badges, organized by category, each marked as positive, warning, or neutral. Badges can be awarded manually, automatically, or both, depending on how each one is set up. You can edit a badge's name/description or turn it off, but the badge list itself isn't something you build from scratch.

Awarding a badge

Award a badge to one employee (with a reason and how long it stays valid) or to several employees at once. Automatic badges are evaluated every night against attendance and performance signals — a manually-awarded badge is never overwritten by that automatic check.

What an employee sees

Their current badges, their full badge history, and a summary of stats — all from their own profile.
