Search, Filter & Columns

The same search box, Add Filter and Select Columns tools appear across most Team screens.

What are Search, Filter and Columns?

Most Team screens (Employee List, Employee Master Data, Skills, Leaves, Assets, Payroll and others) share the same set of tools for finding what you need: a search box, an Add Filter button, and a Select Columns button.

Why does every screen use the same pattern?

Learning it once means you can use it everywhere — you don't need to relearn how to find a record on each different Team screen.

  1. Find the search box

It sits above the table, usually on the left of the toolbar.

  2. Type what you're looking for

Typing a name or keyword narrows the table to matching rows.

How to filter

  1. Click Add Filter

Click + Add Filter in the toolbar of the screen you're on.

  2. Choose your condition

Set up the condition you want to narrow the list by — the exact options depend on which screen you're on.

How to choose which columns show

  1. Click Select Columns

Click Select Columns, available on screens with many fields, like Employee List, Employee Master Data, Employee Personal Data and Payroll.

  2. Turn columns on or off

Show only the fields relevant to what you're doing right now — useful on wide tables like Employee Master Data.

Sorting and pagination

Tables across Team show a page of results at a time (for example “1 to 10 of 44 results”), with page controls and a Rows selector to change how many rows are shown per page.

FAQs

Do filters apply only to the current screen?
Yes — filters and column choices are specific to the screen you're using.
Can I save a filter to reuse later?
This documentation doesn't confirm a save option — treat filters as something you set up each time you need them, unless you find otherwise on your screen.
