Employee Personal Data
Private information such as ID documents, bank details and emergency contacts.
What is Employee Personal Data?
This screen holds an employee's private, sensitive details — separate from their day-to-day work record. It groups information into: Identity, Documents, Banking, Address, and Emergency contacts.
Why is this kept separate?
This information is more sensitive than a designation or shift time, so EnOpSy keeps it on its own screen rather than mixing it into the everyday Employee List. That makes it easier to restrict who can see it.
What each field group means
| Group | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Identity | Emp ID, Name, Personal Email, Phone, alternate phone, Date of Birth, Blood Group. |
| Documents | Aadhaar number, PAN number, KYC status, whether an NDA has been signed, notice period. |
| Banking | Account holder name, Account Number, IFSC code. |
| Address | Address line 1 and 2, City, State. |
| Emergency | Two emergency contacts, each with a name, phone number and relationship. |
When would I use this screen?
- Confirming an employee's bank details before running payroll
- Checking whether KYC or NDA paperwork is complete
- Finding an emergency contact if something happens to an employee at work
Before you start
You need access to this screen specifically. Because of the sensitivity of this data, it's reasonable for a company to give far fewer people access here than to the general Employee List.
How to view this data
- Open Employee Personal Data
Go to Manpower → Teams → Employee Personal Data.
- Choose which columns to show
