Salaries
Work out an individual employee's pay for a chosen month.
What is the Salary Calculator?
This screen calculates one employee's salary for a chosen month — showing Net Pay, Gross Earnings, Total Deductions, and Working Days once an employee is selected.
Why use a calculator instead of just Payroll?
Salaries is built for checking or working out one person's pay in detail — useful when someone asks about their salary, or before you commit numbers to the company-wide Payroll run.
When would I use this screen?
- Answering an employee's question about their pay for a specific month
- Double-checking a number before running full Payroll
- Generating pay details for several employees in bulk
Before you start
You need access to the Salaries screen, which is usually restricted since it deals with pay.
How to calculate an employee's salary
- Open Salaries
Go to Manpower → Teams → Salaries.
- Choose the month
Use the month selector (with the ‹ and › arrows) at the top right to pick the month you want, for example August 2026.
- Select the employee
Click Select Employee and choose the person whose salary you want to see. Until you do this, the screen shows “No Employee Selected.”
- Review the numbers
Once selected, the stat cards update to show Net Pay, Gross Earnings, Total Deductions and Working Days for that employee and month.
