A simple list of upcoming birthdays across your team.

What is the Birthdays screen?

This screen lists employees with a birthday coming up, along with a few quick stats: total birthdays on file, whether anyone's birthday is today, how many fall in the current month, and who's next.

Why does this matter?

Small things like remembering a teammate's birthday help build a good team culture. This screen makes that easy to keep track of without checking everyone's HR file individually.

When would I use this?

Check it at the start of the month to see who's celebrating, or use the “Next Birthday” stat to know who's coming up soonest.

How to view birthdays

Open Birthdays
Go to Manpower → Teams → Birthdays.
Check the stat cards
At the top you'll see Total Birthdays, Today's Birthday, This Month's Birthdays, and Next Birthday.
Scroll the list
Below the stats is a table of Name, Email, Designation and Birthday date for the upcoming birthdays.

Common problems

Problem

Someone's birthday is missing from the list.

How to fix it

Their date of birth may not be recorded yet. Birthdays come from the date of birth stored in Employee Personal Data.

FAQs

Where does the birthday date come from?

It comes from the employee's date of birth on file in Employee Personal Data.

Can I get a birthday reminder outside EnOpSy?

This screen only shows the list inside EnOpSy. Any outside reminders would need to be set up separately.
